1. Information About Us
Operator Details: Faro Airport Transfers 4U is operated by Forever Algarve, Unipessoal Lda.
Official Licensing: We are a fully registered Portuguese company (NIPC 518627128) and hold the official RNAVT license (no. 12513).
Location: Our head office is located in the Albufeira Marina area, Algarve, Portugal.
2. Reservations & Bookings
Booking Channels: Reservations can be secured directly through our website or via our 24/7 phone line.
Advance Notice: Online bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance. For immediate transfers within a 24-hour window, please contact our help desk by phone.
Communication: Please quote your unique reservation number in all correspondence to ensure a swift response from our team.
3. Payments & Out-of-Hours
Flexible Options: We support secure online card payments or cash payments (Euro) made directly to your driver upon arrival.
Lead Passenger: The person named on the booking is responsible for the final settlement of the fare.
Night Supplement: Transfers scheduled between 23:00 and 06:00 may be subject to a small out-of-hours charge, which will be confirmed during the booking process.
4. Arrival Process & Flight Monitoring
Live Flight Tracking: We monitor all arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time at no extra cost.
Waiting Times: For airport pickups, your driver will wait in the arrivals hall for up to 60 minutes after landing. For resort pickups, we provide a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time.
Emergency Contact: If you cannot locate your driver or your party is delayed at customs, please call our 24/7 support line immediately.
5. Safety, Children & Luggage
Family First: We provide age-appropriate child seats and boosters free of charge. Please ensure these are requested during the booking stage.
Luggage Capacity: Each guest is permitted one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
Specialized Gear: Extra items like golf clubs, surfboards, or wheelchairs must be declared in advance to ensure we allocate the correct vehicle size.
6. Cancellations & Policy
Modifications: Changes to your booking should be requested as early as possible and are subject to fleet availability.
Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled departure may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the designated pickup point without notification may result in a full charge of the booking value.
