01. HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING ONLINE?

Enter correct details in each section of the booking form.

02. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION RESPONSE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Confirm you have entered all your details correctly on the booking form. Check if the reply was sent to the box "Spam" inadvertently. Do not hesitate to contact our office directly,where a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

03. THE PRICES SHOWN ARE PER PERSON OR PER TRANSFER?

The prices are based on the number of people in your party
i.e.1/4 passengers - 4/8 passengers
Passengers are not charged individually.

04. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TRANSFER?

Reservations online allow you to pay by credit card or PayPal account.
Cash payments may be made to the driver on arrival payable in euros only.

05. I WANT TO CANCEL MY BOOKING, HOW DO I CANCEL?

You may cancel your booking 24 hours prior to transfer time using our on-line cancellation service. e-mail address: info@faroairporttransfers4u.com

06. I DECIDED TO BOOK A HOLIDAY AT LAST MINUTE AND NEED A TRANSFER?

You may book online, by phone, or email: info@faroairporttransfers4u.com 48 hours prior to arrival.
For bookings within 24 hours please call us direct to check availability.

07. IS IT SAFE TO BOOK ONLINE?

Yes. Please check our certificate and Privacy policy terms and conditions.

08. I CANNOT FIND MY DRIVER, VEHICLE OR PICK-UP POINT ON ARRIVAL?

Please contact the office number as specified on the voucher.
A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

09. WILL THE TRANSFER BE DIRECT OR STOP EN-ROUTE?

Your journey will be direct as we offer a private transfer service.

10. I AM TRAVELLING TO A PRIVATE PROPERTY AND NOT TO A HOTEL OR APARTMENT, CAN YOU HELP?

Please specify the exact address of your destination on the booking form.
In addition all our vehicles are equipped with GPS service.

11. MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED WHAT DO I DO?

Our office has direct access to information regarding flight delays or cancellations.
Your driver will be aware of any changes and await your arrival.

12. I HAVE A DISABILITY AND REQUIRE THAT MY WHEELCHAIR BE CATERED FOR, WILL THIS BE POSSIBLE?

Inclusion of wheelchairs must be requested on the booking form in the Special Requests section.Please add if the wheelchair may or may not be folded so that we may accomodate you accordingly.

13. DO YOU PROVIDE CAR SEATS/BOOSTER SEATS FOR CHILDREN?

Yes. Child car seats are included in the transfer service.Request by e-mail at time of reservation indicating the ages of the children.

14. WHAT IS THE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE?

Each passenger may carry one suitcase and one item of hand luggage, not including golf bags. If you carry extra luggage or have special requirements, please do not forget to send us an email so we can make the transfer in the appropriate vehicle. No additional fees.

15. THE DRIVER SPEAKS ENGLISH?

Yes, all our drivers speak English.

16. THE PASSENGERS HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes. All passengers and baggage insurance is provided.
