RESERVATIONS

The reservation must be made through our website or phone.
We only accept online reservations with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the desired date of transfer. Less than 24 hours please book by phone.
Terms and responsibilities apply equally to reservations made online or by phone. 
It may be necessary for us to re-confirm your booking, please quote the reservation number on the booking voucher during all communications.
Last minute amendments will be subject to availability.
Bookings made within 24 hours before departure must be paid via online payment.

PAYMENTS

The payment must always be settled on arrival at your destination.
The lead passenger is responsible for the final payment.
Drivers are only authorised to accept cash payment in euros.
Our online payments system allows you to pay with your PayPal account or directly by credit card.

Note: The lead passenger is the person whom is responsible for the reservation.The name which appears on the booking form.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes to bookings must be made 7 days prior to your arrival.
No-shows at Faro airport without prior notification will be charged the total amount. 
Any alterations/cancellations you wish to make to your booking must be made via e-mail to our office.
Cancellations are permitted 48Hours before the departure.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are subject to cancellation fee.

INSURANCE AND GUARANTEES

Clients are advised to carry with them the booking voucher at all times. On arrival the booking voucher must be presented to the driver.
We are a fully licensed Faro Airport transfers company, registered in Portugal under Travel Agency License Nr. 4081
Our company is totally insured in accordance with the Portuguese law through the international insurance company LIBERTY.
Passengers are fully insured during the transportation.
If for any reason beyond our control we fail to accomodate the transfer, we will provide a suitable replacement transportation, such as another private car or taxi.
Reimbursements will only be made if your alternative transportation costs exceed our agreed tranfer costs.In this event you must request a receipt/invoice made out to INFINITE TOURS where upon presentation we will pay you the excess amount in person or via bank transfer where applicable.

PASSENGERS TRANSFERS FROM / TO FARO AIRPORT

Faro Airport Transfers 4 U (Infinite Tours) reserve the right to refuse to carry any clients appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or demonstrating inappropriate behaviour as deemed by the driver.
Clients will not be permitted to smoke or consume food or alcohol with the exception of water within the vehicle.

We endeavour to meet the terms of the transfer agreement concerning pre-arranged pick-up points and pick-up times.We will not be held responsible for delays before or during the Faro airport transfer caused by external reasons such as abnormal weather or traffic conditions,acts of God,acts of war,acts of terrorism.....           

We would ask clients to allow a margin of 15 minutes should we fail to arrive at the pre-arranged pick-up time.We will contact  you the client where possible regarding any unforseen delays.                                                                       

We reserve the right to depart your pick-up point on arrival or departure journeys 15 minutes after the pre- arranged pick up time should a member of your party not advise our driver or office of your delay.Drivers may be authorised to wait for approximately 1 hour maximum due to delays within the airport.You must advise our office by phone if such a delay occurs.

CHILD SEATS

All children must use an age appropriate child seat.Children with a minimum of 12 years of age or with a minimum of 135cm do not require a child seat.We reserve the right to refuse to transport your party without prior knowledge of child seat requirements.
All children and infants count as individual occupants in the vehicle regardless of age, and thus should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.

LUGGAGE

We will carry 1 standard sized suitcase and 1 item of hand luggage per client. Any extra baggage (example: golf clubs, surf boards, bicycles) must be disclosed on booking in the Special Requests section.Large items may require a larger vehicle to accomodate your transfer. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any extra luggage which has not been declared on the booking form.

Faro Airport Transfers 4 U (Infinite Tours) cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Your property is entirely your responsibility.
Wheelchairs must also be mentioned on the booking form.Any further observations such as type of wheelchair/aid and ability to fold must be outlined in the Special Requests section on the booking form.This is vital to ensure that the correct vehicle is available to meet your specific requirements.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these administrative terms and conditions without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to transfer any of our rights or obligations under these administrative terms and conditions without your prior written consent.

VALIDITY OF AGREEMENT

If any of the provisions of these terms & conditions are found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these booking conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.

COMPLAINTS

Our office carries an official complaints book where any complaints may be entered in writing.Where this is not possible you may register complaints in writing and forward to us as registered mail.
Portuguese law will govern these conditions in all respects.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Portuguese courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to our website or these terms of use.
These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Portugal, which will only be made in the local official court of Albufeira, Algarve.
If any provision or part of a provision, of these terms and conditions is found by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, otherwise invalid or unenforceable, such provision or part-provision will be struck out of these terms and conditions and the remainder of these administrative terms and conditions will continue to apply deeming the offending provision or part-provision non-existent.
You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent.
